What payment methods do you accept and when is it due?
At Dulce Cleaning, we believe in transparent pricing and easy payment options. We accept cash and checks. Payment is due at the beginning of the session. We will try to accommodate last minute add-on services. If there are any add-on services you would like, please let us know when we arrive. Payment for add-on services are due at the end of the session.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure that our cancellation policy is fair to our clients and our team. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes by 5PM the day before service to avoid
being charged 50% of the appointment fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your clean, if not we will send someone back within 24 hours to right our wrong. *Please note we do NOT offer a free recleaning if there are workers present during the clean or after we finish.*
